Technical eLearn Disc

Help required.
I purchased a disc off eBay some time ago but I'm beggard if I can get it to work past its first stage. When I click on to anything I get the message its not responding I'm not very computer savvy so if anyone can enlighten me as to how to get even a diagram off the dam thing i would be extremely grateful as I'm seriously thinking of binning it. :bang:

its very fussy on CD drive letter

I can't remember which it expects it been awhile since I have used it.

but I do remember having to change it to get it to work

It's working now but it is very slow to respond and a couple of segments don't show anything. I bought it off eBay some time ago for I think about a fiver and it's a copy on a rewriteable disc. So there we have it, a waste of a fiver.
