Looking at that, it seems the gearbox rear mount isn't sitting level. It looks as though maybe the main mounting for the gearbox has dropped/sheared and the rear mount is the only thing holding it up.
Mounts may be covered, though in all honesty if someone's recently had the gearbox out for a clutch, they'd have to unbolt the mounts to get the box out.
Like NumanR said, the driveshaft shouldn't be able to come out without the space between the box and hub increasing. So either the gearbox has moved excessively, or the suspension has moved outwards. The wishbone appears to still be attached, so either it's grown in length or it's the gearbox that's moved.
The inner tripod joint looks mashed, so this'll need replacing, as well as possibly the gaiter too- the retaining band is still intact, so either it's too big or the shaft was ripped-out with some force.
