can anyone help,i tried removing the shift know out of my 1.6 5 door stilo but the top came off and a plastic is on the lever,how do i remove it?(sorry for my bad english is not my native language

I assume you mean the gear knob? If so, there is a special tool to remove it.

I've ordered and received several Fiat tools from dealers. I think it may depend on the dealer though.

In the old days most of the quality British Manufacturer, dealer tools were made by Churchill ( not the insurers ) though saying that I have used some excellent Japanese Mazda tools and East German Wartburg ones also.
