Today I reconditioned the horn mounts and removed the lower rad mounts for painting (Red). My new head, fog and side lights are in but I need to remove one of the lights again as its not sitting 100%. I finished sound deadening the bonnet and removed a few bits of rust around the horn area. I still have to sand down a few spots again before I blow in the paintwork.

I should be picking up the replacement front brackets from Fiat this week so I will keep pushing on with all these small jobs that no one will see behind the bumper LOL EHHEH :):D

I will post some pics as soon as I am done. LRB this is all your fault! If I had not taken the bumper off to fit the HID kit I would not have found all these jobs that need doing. :D(y)

Not yet, Doc,

Spent the day with the Rogue, helped him clean and polish up his camshaft cover and sprayed his rocker cover too.

Come up nice, sure he will post pic,s soon.

My Samco hoses finnally arrived:D wAS EXPECTING A BIG BOX, they do look very small but must be ok.

Need to get some new hose clips. did you use normal or chrome ones on yours.

Just waiting for the dual fans to arrive and then will get them all on. :D :D

Below is the screw locations for the center dash. Sorry you dont have to remove the arm rest part to get the center dash off m8, just remove the screws below.

Once this trim is out of the way it lets you get at the screws for the second dial panel.

Doc, you can pay me with a burger and a pint at the Stag and Hounds next time you are in Jealott's Hill!!

Was that after he had to lift his bonnet at the ACE and show off his grubby rocker cover :D:D

Check this out...nice engine and my new garage :p:D

:yum: If only............I would love a track day b, a daily driver b, a concourse b and a high BHP modded b, in both MK1 and MK2's of course!!

Have no idea what a REAL carbon bonnet costs, not shure this one is carbon or just look alike.

Still on bracket replacement duty at the mo. Below is the front headlight set and power steering cooler mounts that I picked up from Fiat today. I found that you can polish the new mounts up and then give them a lacquer coat to stop the rust and protect the nice shine. :)
