Technical Discolouration on engine component

Whilst topping up the screenwash this morning, I noticed this brownish discolouration on the silver-coloured component behind the radiator (sorry, don't know what component that is!), suggesting something has been getting warm, though I haven't had any temperature warnings coming up.

Is this something about which i should be concerned?

It's a heat shield, don't worry about discoloration probably just some dirt that got hot

Looks like some oil has spilt or leaked on there

I just kept an eye on it it's no unknown for someone to spill a little oil while topping up

If it doesn't get worse, ignore it

Agree perfectly normal. I little rust proofer or oil sripped when filling I expect.
