Hi all
I have a question about the coolant Temp' range.
I use Torque Pro to monitor the gauges and temperature while driving, i can see that on the highways and on long trips the temp indicator shows 84-85 to 88C while driving at about 60-70mph (100-120Kph), and while the car is standing for a couple minutes the temp will rise slowly and when it reaches 99C the radiator fan starts to work and drops down the coolant temp to 89+-.
I know this engines are bit cooler than bigger engines, just wanted to know if its the same on your 500's.
Mine is 2010, with the 1.4 engine, with a new radiator and thermostat (about a year now).
Thanks!
