btw, these turbos dont really fit.. makes a nice paper weight tho hehe. VNT turbo.. no wastegate.. actuator to adjust the vane posistions to acheive boost levels.. its witch craft i tells thee
Is it possibly to dremmel the inlet manifold out and then polish it up? how did you do yours??

remember the spi manifolds have a waterway, you don't want to get into that!
yeah would be messy. new one doesn't have any waterways though - no point in heating a dry flow manifold![]()

I`m not sure if you`ve sorted your clearance problem with your coolant pipe?
But i removed the angled pipe from mine and cut down the block it`s mounted to,
Then refitted the angled pipe.
