Stu, that is a fair point concerning the police, BUT when they caught him and it was clear he had no fire arms I'd end up being done for wasting there time

Yeah, that is the trouble - the innocent will get prosecuted coz they are the easier targets from the CPS! Purely for statistical purposes, mind.

I suppose it depends how you worded the call to them 'I fear for me life, he has a threatening behaviour, he reached over to something in his glovebox but I couldn't quite make anything out......'

At the end of the day, no serious damage to your car, or you, more importantly.

I have a lot of friends in jesond. what exact model and colour of car was it, and wats the reg. i know where u can fnd out all sorts about ppl from reg plates but u have to pay a tenner.

i think we shud all meet up in town and go looking for him and tell him we want an apology. no violence, just ask him for an apology .

Pester, it was at the end of Osborne Road away from town, and ironically it is the quietest I have ever seen it there, no-one at all about which is unusual for a friday at 4:45pm

Clayton, and everyone, I really appreciate your support, and your offers to help me sort him out are very generous, but as I said before, I really don't want to involve anyone in any potential trouble. After all we know nothing about this guy, before I do anything I want to sus him out.

I would tho really appreciate any sighting/ info on him.

His car is a silver 328i cab, reg V473ROC.

I am now tending away from giving him a good hiding and instead trying to think up a more appropriate and less incriminating form of revenge

Got it in one - it doesn't matter how many 'have a go heroes' there are, pghstochaj being one, but this guy is probably a complete nutter [after all, if it was his car, he had no qualms about ramming it into someone over a road-rage type incident].

You don't know who is, who he knows, and what he is capable of! Maybe suss him out in a very indiscrete way, if at all.
