you plug a loptop into the OBD port, and use software, to get all of the vehicles ECU's to start talking to each other again,

either find a FIAT/ Alfa specialist ,
a main dealer,
or ask if somebody near you has MultiECUScan , or AlfaOBD

takes @10 minutes.

I have the cable but could do with a registered or cracked version of the program please ?

why not search for a similar flashing mileage thread,

and then reply to it,
stating your location.

obviously you have not listen to the voice on the video, I'm looking to see if i can reset the service indicator ! hence that might be the problem.

Hi,
you say you have a OBD lead and Multiecuscan. If you pay the registration fee of 50 Euros this software will allow you to do a proxy alignment and reset the service indicator. The forum does not condone the use of illegal cloned or cracked versions of software. Fifty Euros is cheaper than most garages will charge for a proxi alignment.

don't watch videos .. as got no sound

what's it got to do with your "Won't start" problem..??.

please post in a relevant thread.
then everybody reading this in years to come will ,

1 , have a chance of finding it with SEARCH

2, Understand what the issue and fix is ,
without having to read pages of the same solutions going around and around.

this is an ongoing problem if you cant watch the video with sound fair enough but i am wanting to reset the service mileage which is showing zero right now. this car has a few problems and as i am going along and fixing them I have been posting the solutions for it, so future coming members who can play videos with sound will benefit from it.

Ok. I took it to the delaer today just to be told and i quote" if you starting to have problems with the climate control and had to change the ECU and computer and ...... you should get rid of the car "

seriously ? get rid of the car because i had to replace the ECU, computer and blue and me (cost £55) and serviced the car (£42 for parts) and now having to buy a couple of plastic bits to repair the climate control flaps.
