Anyway I got a reply back from fiat abarth designers who sent me a link that works

It's a brand new list of compatible phones that work with Blue&me. All you have to do is click on the phone you want to check and it will tell you what it can and can't do when linked to Blue&Me. Next post for link as it still wont let me put it on

@dazrom, thanks for the list. The links to HTC models don't work but HTC owners can refer to the Qtek links since the phones are the same.

I have a HTC Diamond Touch and it won't download my phonebook. It did 6 months ago but I had to re-pair recently and it's not playing ball. :-(

The Sony Ericsson phones have the highest level of compatability with Blue&Me. The message reader could be so useful. Pitty you can't say "reply" and then dictate a message.

All the Fiat Blue&Me SMS Reader links are broken. Here is the Alfa Romeo 159 SMS Reader App link (page 8). It's the same as the Fiat one.

Hey, i just bought a Fiat Linea, and i been searching in this forum but could not find a thread abt this issue... anyways... but is the blaupunkt system tied up with blue & me, i.e, if i were to remove the system that came with the car and put in another one, will it affect the blue and me?

It mainly depends on the phone. Some just don't work with the SMS reader. What phone do you have?

Hi everyone ....

Just looking for some advice on the phones with Blue&Me. Im looking to get a new phone and my new fiat 500 comes at the end of the month so I was wondering what would be the best to get in terms of compatability.

By looking at the compatability lists even the ones they recommend dont do all the functions!? Was there a particular brand that they designed blue&me for?

I think Im going to go for the Motorola K1 ... only because it does everything. Bit sad that I can't get a really up to date phone that does the same ... still Ive bought it sim free so if an update comes out soon then I can still use my contract for a spanking new phone. Fingers crossed they get some decent info soon!

Hi All,

I've recently purchased a GP 1.4 16v Sporting, and after getting used to the handling, engine power etc (I used to own a Peugeot 306 Diesel - v sluggish), I'm now tinkering with all the toys it comes with. I've found that my Blue&Me isn't working at all. Neither the windows logo button or the phone "MAIN" button on the steering wheel work. I've gone through the manual, and don't feel as though I'm missing anything to activate the Blue&Me software. Can anyone give me any help in getting this started - or point out the thing I need to do to activate the menu?

Also my odometer has been flashing the whole time I've had it so far. It was at 0 when I got it, and is currenty clocking the miles I'm doing in it since driving it from the dealers. Thought it was something to do with the TRIP computer, but after reseting TripA and TripB it still flashes.

Has anyone else had the same problems I'm having? Please give me any advice.

Btw I'm so pleased with the GP's performance......beats that Peugeot hands down.

Hi all,

I am having problems with my BB Pearl 8110 & the Blue & Me.

have done all the process, everything right, I input the PIN into the mobile, conection goes in process and car screen even shows the message "blackberry 8110" as if it is right, but then Blue & Me goes off.

in the mobile blue & me device is shown right, bluetooth is conected & device is visible and trusted

but blue & me keeps on saying no bluetooth registered around

I have even transferred the contact list to the blue & me from the phone, but cant get it to work trough the phone...

any ideas??

Hi

I am not into Mobiles but having a new 1.3 90hp GP, thought I had better upgrade the old phone with a Bluetooth one. I bought a Samsung J700, yes I know, but I only use about £2 a month on PAYG!!!!

I have got it paired, got the phone book in, can make a call out, but on incoming have to hit a button on the phone, the phone button on the wheel does not answer it?

Any ideas please?

My Nokia 6210 Nav sometimes connects to B&M sometimes it doesn't (more often than not it doesn't) It'll get as far as inputting the PIN ask me if I want to all auto connect and then says 'unable to connect'. I've updated the phone firmware (which gave me the extra option of allowing the sms reader before it fails to connect) and was wondering whether it was worth Updating to B&M 5.4 or actually to find out if it's already been upgraded. It's a Bravo 57 but I've only had it a week.

Ok, first off, sorry if this all sounds a bit naive. I'm rubbish with cars....and it is new.

I have a Fiat 500...the blue and me worked fine for the first day or so and now does not seem to work much at all. I can't think of anything significant that might have happened/pressed any buttons I shouldn't have etc. When I press the media button, my radio screen displays 'voice' as it used to, however it does not appear to have any affect when I speak anymore. Literally nothing happens and it eventually just ends the speaking mode and goes back to the radio.

My USB drive has also stopped working at the same time - I had been using a memory stick to play music and use the ecodrive software. This all appears to be running on the screen (both dashboard and radio) but no sound is emitted at all. I can cycle through and select tracks and such but no sound is played. It just acts like it is playing instead. I can however still listen to the radio as normal....so it's not a speaker issue.

I tried resetting the whole thing, which has had no effect. I have also tried removing some music from the memory stick as some threads suggested too much music had a negative effect. This didn't make any difference though.

I had read on another thread that it may help to remove the fuse and connect again, however can't find the fusebox! My manual says it is by the footpedals (i did find the small one for the mirrors.... but not this one) but where on earth by the foot pedals is it? And would this work?

I'd appreciate ANY help! Thanks!!!
