You don't mention what Ipad you have , if it's got the lightning port (and not USB-C) then you could try https://www.amazon.co.uk/Certified-Lightning-Converter-Charging-Splitter/dp/B08THFB3FQ
Otherwise sure you have a friend/family/neighbour who has a computer ??
(a quick download session on that computer and you walk away with a loaded USB memory stick

Yes, i could probably find a friend or buy the item you suggest. It is a lightning port. I was just wondering if there were any other options. Just go and find that friend, borrow the memory stick if you have to. and spend ten minutes on line with him/her to get the files loaded.

Can someone help with the update. When I down load the English pack, I see instructions but all the unzipped files say there is something in them but when I open them, there is no data. Is there a better place to go for the download. Seems like I will need 5.5 and 5.6. The biggest problem I am having with the system right now is that is wont stop asking me to copy contacts to the system. I keep saying yes and its keeps asking. Is there a better way to solve this problem. Thank you for any help. This is frustrating!

Just tried it on a mobile phone (which should be V similar to a Ipad) , 14.19MB
When I click the zip file , it asks to extract istruzioni_eng.pdf, istruzioni_ita_V02B.pdf and LANG_UK_V02.zip
Further extracting LANG_UK_V0.zip reveals four more files: 0809.CAB, INSTALL.INF, SSFT0809.V2.ARMV4I.CAB and ssft0809_FIAT_LH.V1.ARMV4I.cab
So the file is good
If you still can't see these files, I suggest again go and see a friend with a PC/laptop and internet access.

Yes, i get all that but even though those files appear and show data in them, when they are opened nothing is inside. I am going to a friends later but was trying to get things ready for them. Thank you

They won't 'show' anything if you try and open them apart from the PDF and ENG files (I've attached the english version as a screenshot)
The others are just data files and are not readable by you, but are by the system.
I've just tried the download on an actual Ipad pro, and it again works just fine
