Depends how quickly they can get the head skimmed.
It is possible in one day, but as they will need to send the head out for skimming it could easily become a 3-day job.

Guys, I am pleased to announce that I have solved the problem! To ensure myself that I solved the problem I am going to flush the radiator, hose pipes and the engine block. I am going to take it to this mechanic which has done this procedure all his life. When I went to book it he said, "I hope that this will be last one which I have done this as they suffer from heating issues"
He told me that the MPI are the worse once to handle as the fan is ECU controlled and not by the thermostat! Did not know that!
I am going to flush it as in the expansion tank there is the colour of rust... Brownish colour. This mechanic said, "this is the first which you have done when you bought it!"
I will keep in you informed how it will all go.
