General Barchetta's seen out and about.

A Barchetta in Paris, is a risky adventure. I think the body of the B. would suffer too much of the Parisian way (or "touch") of parking a car in the streets.

Unless the B. can really float on the Seine river ...

I was not aware of the French 'touch parking' practice when we went to France earlier this year. I came back to the wifes car after going into Carrefour on the first day to find a 4 x 4 resting against her car, I had a go at the driver who could not see what the problem was - over the next couple of days I understood why!

They do the same in Brussels. I give them my Clint Eastwood stare, or perhaps I mean my Paddington Bear stare and they leave a bit more room.

Forgot t mention, saw a nice looking lack Barchetta by the Diamant centre in Brussels today. Rear badge had been replaced by a bat, like the Bacardi bat.

I took a short 1/2 mile walk from Teddington station to a Volvo dealer to pick up a car yesterday and surprisingly came across not 1 not 2 but 3 b's!!!....

I took a few snaps for the benefit of the FF, and to see if they are any of our members cars

although im a seicento driver, i saw a yellow barchetta in stratford upon avon once, same road as i saw a delta integrale in full martini fashion interestingly (not at the same time though mind...)

Black one has the same wheels as SS I think and a new mohair hood by the look of it.

Back from Paris and I did not see a single B in 5 days. :-(

spotted silver b - w reg with boot rack, on M74 by Hamilton Services. was in wifes citreon so did not toot! i love seeing b's on the road but only saw one in a drive from lytham to inverness and back.

well, it wasn't me.. i was at work then... unless someone nicked mine
thou mine's silver with a black hardtop.. on a Belgian licenseplate

so we know there are at least 4 in Lux :
- Ivo's yellow one (now being used by his daughter)
- a German silver with red mohair top
- another silver with black top (unless its the same German but with a hardtop)

Just back from Portugal after a weekends golf and spotted a UK registered b under a car cover at Balaia Golf Village near Alburferia.....

A couple of days spent [being as fuzzy as the poor quality picture] in Antwerp, judging by the amount of dust on the roof this one hadn't been used for a while.

No sign of life to ask to be let in and see if the poster was available.
