Hmmm, nice Riviera - I nearly bought one when I was looking for mine........not many of the Ox-blood colour ones about so quite rare...(y)

Judging by some of the comments in the pretty patterns thread about the red leather I think we can guess why they are quite rare!

Then again, any variant is quite rare in UK.

Saw a red Barchetta in Brussels, parked under the north station. The hood wasn't in the greatest condition, but otherwise looked OK.

We did the 1400 mile run from Barcelona to Normandy and back over Christmas :)D hood down, mad English people), fantastic. We did see one other Barchetta, filling up at E.Lelclerc in Le Blanc on the Creuse, which interested me as it is somewhere neat Paulg and he hasn't seen any others yet!! Red, local plate, obviously garaged and being driven by a brunette (Mrs Paulg?). She clocked us of course but our French isn't up to a long conversation about the cars and frankly we were embarrassed, we had been driving for nearly 10 hours through fog on the back roads and as a result ours looked like we should be locked up in the home for drivers who don't care for their cars....

Drove 2900 miles through Europe without sight of a B until driving 1000 miles in 15 hours yesterday from Slovakia to London cought a Yellow B with German Plates on the Belgium border driven by Blonde lady......don't think she was too bothered to see another B on the road though..

Maybe she was unimpressed with the state of the B......(photo attached)

Hee hee, yep that's a bit like ours looked until a couple of hours ago....poor things.....

ROUGE - I wish my missus was as dirty as your b!! :D (sorry, couldn't resist it - old ones are the best and all that)...............

Spotted a Yellow mk1 heading South on the M3 on the 27th December mid-morning, looked like it could do with a bit of a clean and as always seems to happen whenever I see another b I was in the wifes Citroen bus thing.........

Spotted! My first b in over 2 years! Silver with black soft top, looked immaculate, reg started EK05, parked on the road outside a little supermarket in Duffield, Derbyshire.

Saw one parked up near Shoreditch, east London, at the bottom of Great Eastern Street about 8pm on Saturday night. It was oystershell-coloured with a red roof and was in gorgeous condition (y)

Quite handy actually - I was just explaining to a mate what kind of car I've got. He said: "WTF's a Fiat Barchetta??", we turned a corner and I said: "It's one of them!"

My faith has been restored in 'mad as a hatter' barchetta owners.

Possibly the same yellow one as before [04 plate] but roof down in the pouring rain on the A264.

Put a smile on my face. (y)

Hello,

I live in Gloucestershire and have seen about 3 or 4 B's around and about.

I work in a little old farm convert office and there are about 8 other offices there, guess what was parked a few cars away from me at lunchtime??

A turquoise / green R reg B. I was so desperate to know who it belonged to!!
