Again you've comepletely miss the point and it's just getting silly.
I need extra room to get in and out of cars, I strongly suspect if I was to apply for a blue badge I would get one however I don't feel I need one and would rather those who really have a need for a space get those badges....
What I'm not about to do is give you a blow by blow account of my medical history so although I may need 'extra room' to get in and out of a car, that is all I am going to say.
Disability or no disability it doesn't matter to you as all the information you have is all I have told you 'I need more space' but from that you can apparently decide whether or not, in the case of the women in the post, if she is entitled to a blue badge or not, which of course you can't!
There are a number of reasons you may need more room I could 7'5" tall or 25 stone neither I would call 'disabilities' I could be missing a leg but again in the case of the story you told that man it could be argued was not 'disabled' as he was perfectly able to play football and go running.
