General Alarm on a ferry

Instructions from the ferry company say that when I get on the ferry, I should disable my car alarm.

Any idea how to do that, please?

I wasn't aware the panda had an alarm on? May be wrong however

Fiat never fitted standard car alarms especially to the panda,

Also dunno what ferry you’re going on by I frequently travel over to Europe via Dover and sometimes Portsmouth not once have I been told to turn off the alarm on my cars (I can’t anyway) normally as you leave port in Dover/Calais all you can hear is the call of hundreds of car alarms emanating from the car deck if you stand outside.

Thanks. I just assumed there was an alarm.. Must admit, I've not heard a peep out of the Panda.

The only good car alarm is one that doesn't work. They go off when they feel like it, leave you stranded and anyway everyone ignores them.
