should coving up the air intake make the engine run badly or even stall?



becae ive tried doing that today and it was like the car didnt notice it at all it made no differnce




this is on a 1.4 16v engine

How exactly did you cover it..and for how long?

I'm wondering why you're doing this. Do you perhaps suspect there's an air leak on the induction trunking somewhere that you're trying to find?
