56 plate 100hp and approaching 213k and still purring like a kitten.
My punto1.2 is at 147K miles. Imo oil change is the answer. I change mine twice a year or every 6k. My last Cincuecento 899cc I bought with 23K on and she died due to serious rust at 175K. I did however need to fit a head gasket at around 100K. I use cheap halfords oil and change it regularly. Decent oil and change it early. My 58 reg Panda 1.2 Dynamic reached 100,000 miles last week, is he still relatively a youngster compared to other Pandas out there?!
My 2010 MJ has about 88k on the clock, hoping to hit 100k in about April. I got her at 3 years ild and with 14k on the clock. Has only required tyres, brakes and standard servicing.
Just wish there was an answer for the tracking issues.
07 plate 100hp...only 44k!
Try Tyre Pros. They have the best available equipment and have not ever yet failed to resolve all issues on every car I have sent in. They even jiggled the axle on my Panda and got the rear track back in line!
Any rust bobchick?Ever had any big jobs like heating fan ?
Cheers Pandanut, will look then up, never heard of anyone being able to twerk the rear tracking and I know mine is out on the rears as well. Just put the fronts down to sh*t design, heavy engine and poor roads. Needs done every 3 - 6 months but it's just economical to see the tyres our as I do approx 25 - 30k a year. It's just a pity it's like driving on ice when it goes.
Where are they based ?
