Just watched this project about swapping 16V TB on a 8V MK1 with a 3d printer:

I did not understand if the guy used a 16V TB from a MK1 Punto or Bravo.
I have a MPI 75 punto. I think the TB is 40mm.
I know 55/60 puntos are 34mm.

I've read that if you swap between 55/60 and 75 TB you could gain 10% more in power.

what if I swap the TB to the bigger one (48mm)? will I notice a big difference in power? (more air flow)

I use a custom induction kit that I've made + a Bob from Cinq:

will the Bob fit 48mm TB?
that guy used a bigger Bob from a Palio:

Two different projects, surely.

P75 TB is 38mm. 55/60 is 32mm.

Were it that easy we'd all be running 80mm throttle bodies! An engine can only use as much air/fuel as it can. This is dependent on the capacity of the engine, the cam, valve sizes, rpm, exhaust manifold, and the gas flow inside the cylinder head.

No.

There's someone -- check out the Cinq/Sei section still making 40mm TBs to fit the SPI cars. (But postage may be expensive).
