General Mk1 convertible roof issue

Hi so I've recently bought a mk1 convertible it has a few issue like the electric window on the n/s doesn't work and are the mechanism the same as a standard 3 door.?
But the main problem is when I put the roof down it catches the rear trim both sides and get stuck under it so when it goes back up it gets stuck.
Also when you finally get it closed the centre join sags until you push it up and lock it into to place.
