Good evening everyone, I'd like to report an unpleasant situation I've been experiencing for a few days. I feel compelled to report the user who offered me the headlamp protectors and umbrella. We reached a private agreement regarding the total amount I would have to pay. This happened on Tuesday the 19th. That same day, he told me he would ship the package the following day. On Wednesday the 20th, I wired the agreed-upon amount to the user. I asked him to let me know if he received the money and if he could send me the tracking number. He said yes, no problem. On Thursday the 21st, I asked him if he received the money, since he hasn't contacted me. He said yes, but that he hadn't received the amount he expected, even though I wired him the agreed-upon amount of €240. I explained this to him that same day. From that message on, he stopped responding, despite my repeated attempts to contact him. Today he started seeing my messages again, but he still isn't responding. I've already reported the issue to the administrator, Ben, but I haven't received a response yet. I'm asking for your help, if possible. I'm trying to think positively, but the situation is becoming clearer every day.

Hi Steve, good morning, i have no idea what part of England this might be in. After i posted on the forum, in which i explained what happened and asked for your help, he's apparently started replying to my messages again. He tells me the package has been shipped and that he'll send me the tracking number, i'll then have to sign for something to receive it. I've ordered several times from England and elsewhere, i've virtually traveled the world, the only times i've had to sign for a package have been for the following reasons: because the package was large, because i chose cash on delivery (CAD) or because for registered mail. He then asks me to delete the forum post, i told him that until i receive what i paid for, i won't delete the post. It's right that you all know what's happening to me. I hope this all ends well. Once again, thank you for your support, Steve.
