why not fit the punto 75 engine with multi point injection and ecu so then you would be starting with a 75bhp engine

so hang on, could i just buy a 75 engine, put a spi TB on it and easily drop it into the cinq? or isnt it as straight forward as that?
and how do i kno which 4 injectors to use?
and wat about exhaust manifolds, i really want a stainless one, do they do them for the 75? i

Yeah, basically. You'd still be SPI though since the SPI TB includes the injector and that would be the one you were using. If you had an aftermarket or 75 ECU you could get the MPI working as well.

You can get 1242 8v manifolds - you need to start looking at Punto tuning rather than Sei or Cinq tuning though when looking at engine stuff.
