Possibly that is it possibly not getting a good contact? Me myself removed it and reinserted it twice and right now the 3rd time but it shouldn't do that much right?

If i remove the loom i get 7.15v catching from the inside

There is also a black and purple next to the red and white if you can see it in the pic

Red and white to purple and black should be battery voltage, use the bunch that are together

I'm getting continuity between these pins and wire

I can see the red and white is pin 16 in your last photo

You want pin 5,6,21 or 22 on the other connector

That's the upper connector not the one with the red and white can you mark the pins? Wires are coming from the right side of the picture

Found the numbers on the back 5 and 6 are correct the ones i was checking but there is 17 on the 2nd row how can i be sure that the 2 beneath 5 and 6 are 21 and 22?

And based on the seeable pins from inside the loom 21 is for the CPS and 22,23 are black and purple

While plugged ignition off the 2 on the left are giving battery voltage with the red and white but the 2 on the right are giving 9.6 and 9.3 v up and down respectively
