That a great video thanks

What the battery voltage at ignition on
And thank you for all the help so far without you the car would've probably gone to the grave because I'm not a big fan of hard issues with a car

Great still loosing for a better word 3.5V I don't know what the minimum for the ECU is but the sensors use a 5V reference so must be just over 6V

Did you say it was okay from under the fuse?

Ok so let me give you a summary:

Under the fuse and negative of the battery 12.12v ->12.00 when ignition on

The prob on the back of the ECU and the negative of the battery 0V->3.4V when ignition on

Under the fuse and positive battery terminal 0V->0V with ignition on

And finally the prob and the positive of the battery: you can see in the video

So back of the fuse is correct

And at the ECU is wrong

And we are probing each end of the same wire which should be the same

There's 2 possibilities

1 there is a break in the wire
Or
2 we are probing the wrong cable

Turns out it wasn't searching for it from inside the loom (looking for continuity between the fuse socket and the ecu loom pins)

Alright so i found it but it's gonna have to stay till tomorrow morning because it's too dark now I can't see turns out it was the first pin on the bottom left of the loom below

I checked for continuity to know where the cable was heading and found its location tomorrow morning I'll check the voltages on it on both positive and negative battery terminals but now I'm sure where it's heading and can give you accurate results about it and it wasn't the only white/red cable the one I was testing was red and white and I'm sure of it

So hi there once again this is the values with ignition off and on on both terminals

That's at the ECU plug ?
The wire does go directly there
The wire is white and red,

There's half a dozen different wiring diagrams

You car does have a powered throttle not a cable operated one

Yes yes i made sure using continuity to the looms until i found the wire's location

And if you want the location in the loom:
While both looms are plugged, it's the very first wire on the bottom right of the lower loom

Ughhhh didn't try while cranking and now it's pouring down a lot of rain will check it again when i can if you want
