Hi,
My husband disconnected his battery on his Scudo.

He has tried re connecting today and seems to have an electrical problem?
He found that the clock is rolling round at the rate of one hour to very minute or thereabouts.

He cannot find how to stop it or reset it.

Can anyone help?

Hi.
Why was it disconnected?

I would be concerned why this has occurred..
Was other wiring disturbed.. replaced incorrectly.

Personally.. I would disconnect battery black earth cable again..

Wait 10 mins.. then reconnect.

If it still does run fast.. there should be a fuse supplying its power that you can remove

He disconnecgted it because he had found the battery was being run down because he was not using it. he thought it would be better disconnected.
Thats him!

He wants to take the car out now ( been laid up for three months or so) so he reconnected the battery and has found the clock is running around like blazes. The car engine works - or at least runs on the drive.

He seems to think the clock will affect the liklihood of his engine running down and stopping when he takes the car out? True or false?

He has taken all the leads off and put them back again. Was wondering if anything might have got damp?

Cant find a re se in the book so dont know how to re set the clock.
