Hi guys new on here but need help! I am in the process of restoring a punto gt3, head has gone to the engineers for skimming and they have found a crack right through a cylinder. No way to repair it as it's too bad. Is anyone selling a cylinder head? Are they the same as the 1.4 petrol? Thanks

thats a shame.... not sure what you mean by the 1.4 petrol exactly, the GT is a 1.4 petrol itself afterall.

Anyhoo, I would have a look on ebay as there is several being broken on there at the mo.

If you mean the 1.4 non turbo (i.e. the 8v/16v FIRE variants), then no. The GT engines are different entirely

Nearest equivalent would be a 1.4 Tipo / Tempra head. Good luck finding one...
