Tuning Punto 60 head swap

What would it take to get a 16 valve head , and Mate it to the punto 60 engine ?
Thisone has 8 valves only.
Fueling etc.. does not mather , it will get a megasquirt anyways. And a twin throttle body setup.
Manifolds are not an issue. Just needs to know if it fits , and if there is any need of machineshop work.

that won't work, not all the coolant and oil galleries line up.
