I have an electric sunroof on my mk2 Punto Sporting, all electronic operation works as it should.

However, manually sliding the sunroof cover to reveal the glass doesn't work. It feels like the side with the handle is jammed.

Is it a common fault? What could it be?

I'm surprised that the electronics have held up and work fine yet the manual operation doesn't work lol.
