Electrical diagram Panda 2004

I need the electrical diagram for the Panda 1.2 fuel injection model showing the supply to the electric fuel pump . There are 4 connections on the top to the pump.

There is no 12V coming to the connector at the pump. I think that there is no signal activating the fuel pump relay situated under the bonnet. I have read elsewhere something about a fire cutoff under the seat. Is that on all models ?
Any suggestions ? Thanks

Unfortunately it didnt help pushing the button. Do you know if the button just is a simple contact? If so, I will try and get to the button and short it to see if the cut off itself is faulty.
I would still love to see the electrical circuit for the fuel pump and to understand the 2 small terminals on the pump. The 2 big ones are for the +/- 12Volts for sure.

Re: Electrical diagram Panda 2004

Worth disconnecting battery for an hour..

There are several things that drive the pump..

Its supposed to run up the rail pressure.. then cut out.

Worth putting a meter on the power supply for pump.. as you

1. Reconnect
2. Prime pump during MAR : selftest

There is always a chance the pump has an issue and cooked a fuse..or relay

Whats the history of the car?
One might reset.

The two small terminals are from the fuel gauge

I have applied 12 volts directly to the pump with no reaction.I think it must be the pump that just isnt working. I will wait to remove the pump until I have a spare available. What did you mean by MAR selftest?

No, its a ball bearing on a spring in a cage, with the shock of a collision the bearing is thrown around and deforms the cage breaking contact and so shutting down the fuel pump, pressing the button resets the cage and centralises the bearing, making contact so the fuel pump can receive power once again.

Large potholes emergency braking and even strong winds can cause enough force to operate the inertia switch (proper name) especially on older units where the spring has gone weak with age.
