Is it a standard feature to have lights in the temp control dashboard? Mine dosen't (or maybe the bulbs have just never worked, while i have owned it)?

Follow up question. Do u have lights in the controls for hazard,city etc. lights aswell?

Yes they should all have lights. If you haven't got any it may be that the bulb has blown, but they are very easy to change. There is a how to thread on here somewhere.
