How can i make aux or phone connection for the Panda 2005 Radio 169 CD 022329 ?

Back in 2005, I installed a Parrot CK3100 in my Panda (probably the same radio as yours). It still works fine and has successfully paired with every phone I've had since then. I'm sure that there's a more up to date version available by now.

I also installed an iPod dock too but I'm sure I'm probably the only person who still uses one. #Old technology - don't replace it unless it's broken.

I've tried but never successfully acheived aux connection on non-MP3 versions of the Panda CD player.
There are many methods for the MP3 version, from simple plug in aux cables to boxes which spoof the player into thinking it's got a multi-cd unit connected, but use USB or SD cards. Some of these have Bluetooth too so give you handsfree and audio streaming from your phone too. Got these in the Sporting and the 1.2 and they work fine.
But like I said, never managed it on any without the MP3 logo. We changed out the original non-MP3 units with ones from breakers so they look original but have the functionality.
