hi guys, just wondered if theres going to be a T-JET Panda or an Abarth Panda at all?

Someone at Fiat said there won’t be a Panda Abarth as it would dilute the brand... (not sure what they call cheap stick on Abarth body kits for the past 10 years) but dilute!!!!

If the T-Jet isn’t already an option I don’t expect it ever will be as the GP T-Jet 120 has been out for a good few months now, although nothing stopping 100HP owners getting their paws on the Turbo from a wrote off GP T-Jet

while i agree that an officially badged abarth version of the panda is probably not going to happen, i suspect that the 1.4 t-jet is much more likely - the 500 will clearly be the focus for early 2008 but i would put money on the 120bhp 1.4 t-jet finding its way into a panda in Q3/Q4 of next year - its simple for fiat to do, and pretty much a no-brainer in terms of a kick for the panda range just when it will need it.

should go pretty damn well too
