I forgot to point out, it's listed on Boots as being 39.99 but for some reason shows as 34.99. THe list of the other DVDs doesn't work

However, Shawshank is worth £10 on it's own IMO.

Grand Theft Auto is a cracking film - all about car chases and 911s ending up on their roofs!!

Majority of the films are crap, thousands clogging up Ebay and most car boot sales.

Picture quality on the player must be horrendous, I've got dvds which are more expensive than the entire package.

Ok for a bedroom with portable or a caravan.

Great find paul, it is a cracking offer...

We got one in a similar deal a couple of years back, it was something like £200 for DVD player and 20 dvds!! At the time was pretty good for a DVD player. Nearly all the DVD's were crap, but this package has quite a few good films imo.

Liam, you will find that most sub £50 DVD players have the same sort of quality and that on any small TV, you will not see the difference between that player and a £150 player. No point having a dead snazzy DVD player if you are let down by a 14" TV now is there.

Personally I only like a few films but can see that if you liked several it would be well worth it.

I know most sub £50 players are crap, thats why I don't have one, the reason I suuggested the portable was to minimise the amount of artefacting that would be visible.
