lift out the yellow tab and the plug will then wriggle off.

if you soak the nuts and bolts of the Exhaust manifold, for DAYS before removing them,
they SHOULD come out ok
NOTE, at bottom of pic is the RED plug where the Lambda / oxygen probe wiring is disconnected.
