Don't think there should be a screw on the top, there is one on the bottom though;

I took out the trash and happened to have my phone on me. I did a few close ups, but as there's no flash on it they came out too dark and blurry to be of any use. I couldn't, though, see any screws on mine. Mind you, mine's not an original one, but as far as I can remember there wasn't one at the top on the original one either.

I got mine off eBay for about £10 + postage (the auction's only for 1 badge (£5), not a set; make sure you bid for 2 of them. I didn't notice that until after I had received the first one...:bang. Or you could get the flags for the new 500 for £27 (...or £60 here in Norway...)


I should obviously have painted the red part of the flag silver...

Normally if the bumper is sticking out at the end it's either jammed in the arch liner or it's not been attached to the small side plates properly.
