General Fiat scudo w reg van starting but not turning over

My fiat scudo van turns over but doesnt start have checked all my fuses they seem ok what could this be

Hi Lee.
A few possibles..

1. No fuel injected
2. No heat to start cylinder ignition.

Is the fuel pump in rear tank whirring when you turn ignition on..??

Does the glowplug light go on ..then off after @5 seconds..??
