MAP is screwed onto the intake manifold, MAF, if you have one, is in the intake hose from the air cleaner to compressor housing I think only the EGR models have the MAF.

So it cannot be seen as it is around the back and underneath the exhaust and inbetween the engine and clutch somewhere as I've just had a visual on my 04 2.8l diesel ducato van .It's like if there's an mag on the intake gonna have to almost take the engine out to get to it.,as I can't even find it with my phone video camera.

Does anyone really know where the maf or map sensors are on a 2004 fiat ducato 2.8l or is it such a curve ball that no-one actually has any pictures.Because I can't find anything concrete online anywhere.
You probably don't have either of them on a 2004 2.8l
MAP is easy to see on top of intake manifold. It is not hidden.
The MAF is on the air pipe just after the air filter down low on left side of vehicle.

A 2004 2.8l will be a 2.8jtd, on which EGR was an option.
The Mass Air Fflow sensor (MAF) is only included when EGR is fitted.
Even if EGR not fitted, a 2,8jtd must have the MAP sensor on the inlet manifold, as @Kahcorp has stated easy to see, look towards the RHS of the vehicle.
