Stupid washing machine doesn't fit in the hole in the kitchen..... need longer water feed pipes and to take the cupboard door off to get machine in, then re-hang doors :bang:

a friend of mine who moved to Australia 5 years ago came back to visit he's been hear a few months now and is going back soon but thats not the grumpy part.

the past couple of weeks he has turned in to a complete dick head and is not a very nice person at all

we bent over backward for him when he first got hear picked him up from heathrow at silly o clock in the morning my mate gave him a phone to use with a sim card that had loads of minutes and texts iv drove him round all sorts of places and he has just thrown it back in our face

the other night he broke a wing mirror of a car i very very nearly punched him and i really want to now but i dont wanner upset his nan (who he is staying with) coz she is lovely

My new work trousers. Managed to catch part of my dangly bits in the zip

Reminds me of an accident I had whilst working in a cutlery factory. I was sitting at my bench making cheese knives (the type with the curved end and the two sharp prongs), and I dropped one of the blades. My reflex action caused me to grab at the blade to try to catch it (not very clever, but blame my reflexes) and all I managed to do was slam my hand down onto the blade and into my groin region. It could have been quite nasty - might have jabbed myself in the conkers, but 'luckily' my knobbage got in the way.

Anyway, my grump: In the queue at the local Spar (as if that wasn't bad enough in itself) some old woman decides she's going to push in right in front of me. I pointed out that I was in the queue and there were several other people behind me too, to which she replied "yes I know, but you're all younger than me" I told her that was not enough reason to shove in and she should go to the back of the queue, particularly since she has been around long enough to have acquired some manners. She ignored me, so I thought it best to leave it. After she got served, she hung around next to the queue and struck up a conversation with an elderly couple at the back of the queue. It soon became clear that she was with this couple and they were giving her a lift home, SO WHY PUSH IN AT ALL, FFS???:bang:

I caught a magimix blade by reflex once

I would be surprised at Spar still being around somewhere, but I accidentally stumbled upon a Happy Shopper a while back :p
