What's made you grumpy today?

Well I have reported the incident to the Police, they said that as long as I made no contact and didn't go up a kurb then im fine. - I gave them the blokes name and if anything bad happens to my car, they'll be round to his first. :( Guess it's worth getting it down on paper. Just in case.
Yeah thats always the best idea. At least they know about it now and if he tries to fake any injuries then you have something to go against him with by reporting it

I'd be asking the shop if they have external CCTV as well.

this would be evidence as to him holding a rock and aiming at your car.

would as give you a chance to see if any contact or kerbing was done be accident and give you chance to sort out your story.

Hopefully it doesn't happen. But what started it?

What makes it even funnier is I know the coverage that the shops CCTV has, it's just out from the covered area, unfortunately.

What started it was him probably feeling as though he had to prove a point, he's just generally like that. Been talking to a few friends, they all say he's like that. Sounds as though he needs a massive attack to his confidence. Although I have been told not to sort that out physically.

It's not the first time he's had a go at me either, I was laying down in the park with my ex-girlfriend and he came up behind me and hit me semi-hard with the glass bottle of beer he had in his hand. I just ignored it, my ex-girlfriend told me I did the right thing, but I've never wanted to hit someone as much as I do him. :(

If I could stick him into intensive care without getting a criminal record, I really would do.

Not me, nor my car, but it is one of my mates. Someone took a dive up the inside at 100mph (roughly) in the wet, during a Friday practice session, and it didn't stick.

Then he wrote this:
funny how the mines works.

From when he hit me, to when I hit the fence = about 1 sec.

In that time I thought of a load of things.

1st was, I going backwards, "fuel tank", so I turned off the kill switch.

2nd, I going too fast to try and control this, so I slipped my feet past the pedals to the floor.

3rd, put my hands in my lap and pushed my head back into the seat.

Then I was waiting, waiting, waiting. BANG, there it is!!!

It seemed to take forever in slow motion
