used the gum before seems to work until i think just one cig wont do any harm then i just start again! but i really have to do it this time or purple haze will become a permanent ornament in my drive and i'll never learn to drive it either!
just need to find ways of changing very old habits like when i'm sitting at the pc i usually hag a cig etc i think maybe distraction is the key!

my grump,getting up at 5 every morning to be aat work for 6 and out in the van for 7.,not good as its catchin up on me when i get home at half 3 lol

hahaha people down my road would never comply with hosepipe bans...And there wouldn't be a damn thing they could do to even find out. The gardens are so private, they can do what they like.
I actually don't care if the grass burns out during the summer...it grows back again when it rains and I have to much to do to be worrying about how to water a field lol
