Good way to make sure you go in the morning, may as well work out whilst your there :p

Haha. I'm in work at 8 with a 25mile commute in between. Tbh I can't moan, only getting up 25min earlier than usual.

Just a horrible feeling ATM, as to if it'll still be there or not - no reason why it shouldn't be though.

Lost count of the number of :tosser::tosser: driving whilst on their mobiles today.

Sadly, due to theit tinted screens, my dashcam didn't pick many of them up.
They wander all over the f'kin road & when you sound your horn or shout at them, they give you a mouthful of abuse.

Returning to garage with slow puncture, not a problem with new tyre oh no..one of the rims has corrosion on it caused by a hammered on weight that was removed about 4 years ago. Sanded down tyre reseated hope it works, if not gotta decide what colour I want my wheels refurbished :D

Alfa-gate continues. A week after the auction ended the winning bidder no tells me he's having difficulty getting insurance for the car. :bang:

Am I the only person who does a Meerkat check before I bid on anything I like the look of?

this is a common thing, was selling a rover 25 1.4 but the high powered version, along comes dad with 18 yr old sonny jim, likes the car, wants the car, I even told them that they will struggle to get cheap insurance for him... or even insured, phone call next night, "they want five and half grand to insure him, we don't want it now, cars only worth £700"
well duh I tried to tell him, I even pointed out that I was quoted a lot for what it is! with 14 years driving history and 8 years no claims!

I have a classic policy for the Fantasia and get a quote from the same firm because there are less than sixty 145 1.8's left in the UK the car qualifies for a classic policy even though she's only thirteen years old.

This chap seems incapable of getting such a quote. ;)
