I actually did that once when I was at college many years ago. Thought one of my daft mates had nicked them and I got really pissed off cos they were all laughin at me.

nah im waiting for a legal copy of xp. cant go giving bootlegged ones out to customers can i unless they just want silly chap and dont care

however you could install an evaluation copy until it arrives saving the 'customer' the wait
then the the COA code could be added to the install
