I'll give the gear knob a twist, see what happens. If it does twist off the ring will just slide over the thread.

"Chrome" wing mirrors. Not to everyone's liking but got them cheap and they look better than the cheap plastic that they fit on the Active wing mirrors as standard

Mentioned it to my mum as was telling her it was fancy dress (would of been a laugh) but she then reminded me I'm heading off to Coventry to check out the uni on 27th so unfortunately won't be able to make it. I don't suppose anyone could tell me what requires doing for service at 30,000 miles on my 1.2? Previous owner never gave me service record or anything, therefore I don't know what has been done in the past and I want to give it a proper going over
