General How do I replace my aerial on my grande punto 1.4

Hi im new to this forum, I am wanting some advice on how to replace my aerial on my car, the rubber seal at the bottom has broken and the aerial is needing replaced too. any advice would be much appreciated.

Simple job. Remove two clips that hold the roof liner. Prone to cracking (be prepared / don't be surprised).
Then it's a 22 mm nut to undo.
