well i've got more then that in this deal(5335)but also got offers way below 4000 as well.at the end of the day it all comes down on what you have to pay extra to get the other car. I also looked at the hyundai kona comfort wich rode realy well and looks very cool to me on the outside but the interior is just horrible plain black plastic(the inside of the panda is a nicer place to be in).
I'm taking the pink wheels off tomorrow so if you're interested... ?

pm.

Went to buy touch up paint. It appears the car has been labelled with the wrong code! Well done Fiat.... again. Desira are on the case for me so hope it turns out to 541 as its not 509A.

Nupe is now a Viscount by nature of the new red roof bars £70 on eBay!!!! Next best price was £180. so I am well pleased, it does brighten up the white paint look.Still trying to get Fiat to confirm the car is 90bhp. I have now asked for compensation as the logbook says 62KW which is what the 85bhp model had. I think that will sharpen their act as its months since I asked for clarification.

Ruby joined the fleet a couple of weeks ago as the Bravo gearbox bearings started to groan and it was traded in. Rubes is a Purple 1.2 Lounge with Supagard on the paint. She looks brand new asd so far seems a decent buy. A service contract was done today. I am a convert to the paint treatments. They definitely stay clean much longer adn make the cars look polished when they aint! - Wonderful. One more car to go and we will have a full house of Pandas.

Well the 4x4 does pull the caravan, needs must! So a short run to a dry site was done. Out of the swamp up a steep slope and 25 miles through flooded roads to a very wet site and not a hint of a problem. Caravan goes to the scrap yard this week so they can collect! I may find and buy a very light weight van thats in the acceptable range for future use as the car can clearly handle the job without fuss.

Nah. It's only worth thoroughly cleaning it just before you sell it. :D

Each to their own dear chap.. I suffer OCD (car) and just have to have the showroom look. As this affliction affects the 3 Pandas I spend my life wasting time doing a job I hate.... Hence my new love of Supagard.

I drove it to the Ford Dealer and traded it in on a 2018 Ford Fiesta ST Line in Chrome Blue with lots of options(Bang&Olufsen, 18 inch wheels, privacy glass, fancy DRL's etc).
I must say with a bit of pain in my hart but now the Panda is still worth a little bit and I never had any costs but normal maintenance.

It is sad that it is gone, it was one of the most striking Panda's to watch with the pink wheels. :D

I actually got to blacking out all my Chrome parts today! Wanted to do it for some time now but I only got to it today. Nevertheless stoked as it really looks awesome :)

Yes I also was a bit sad when the Panda was traded in because I realy loved that car and was loads of fun to drive. The new Fiesta is a whole different animal, a lot more serious bht still fun though. No regrets but I'm kinda sad Fiat doesn't offer any cars annymore that would have made a good replacement.
The Bang & Olufsen stereo is a blast though and the cabin is very very comfy. The way it grips the road and handles with the 18" wheels clad with Michelin Pilot Sport 4's is also pretty amazing. And I think kt looks good

Very nice. (no Pink wheels this time i reckon) :D
What engine does it have ? 3T 1.0 EcoBoost 74kW 6-speed. ??

Does the Pink wheels heave a new owner yet. ?

Thanks! Yes that's the one. You hardly find 125 or 140 hp original Dutch suplied models. The 125 hp version is only more powerfull above 4000/5000 rpm and has exactly the same torque so it's hardly any faster and a waist of money.
If you have it tuned the ecoboost engine pumps out 146 hp and 240nm with no further upgrades and probably no problems but I'm not feeling the need and I still have 24 months of Ford Warrenty on this car.
Pink wheels haven't been marketed or sold yet, probably going to put them on Marktplaats in a few weeks.Other option is get some 17" Tec wheels for the Ford in gun metal and swap the tyres wich costed me the most to that set.

I would tune the car after those 24 month's warranty.

btw, I would be interested in the wheels without tires, sent me a email when you decide too remove the tires and sell the wheels separately. ;)

Becky was in standby mode today. Had to move her onto the path first thing to make room for me to work on the Jazz's rear brakes. - more in "caliper woes" soon - All was going well, although the O/S one took a bit of force to wind it's piston back in. Got it all back together only to find the O/S binding slightly and I couldn't free it. Becky to the rescue! What should have been a quick dash round to the factors for a new caliper turned into a nightmare with a very big funeral holding me up and then two sets of roadworks traffic lights! Still managed to get my daughter-in-law away down the road by 2.45 pm - I think she just about made it to the school in time to pick up our wee grand daughter.

Thanks, that's all what I thought, though I feel the door mirrors are a big trap, there's just no way of knowing how far back that car is - I work on the principal that I need to be able to see something in the inside rear mirror before believing it's behind me but that's adding a layer of complexity a new learner doesn't need. I will, of course, be teaching her to do head checks, as a cyclist, motor-cyclist (ex instructor to boot), I'm very sensitive to head checks.

In short a true thinking drivers car! That why I love em.

Chipex.co.uk to the rescue. Perfect match and 3X the amount of paint than in a Fiat paint stick. This system allowed me do do almost totally invisible repairs to a lot of chips. At £35 its not cheap but the results are so good I would reorder and would recommend too. A baboon could get a good finish!

Noop out in the slush hail and snow. I love the new Michelin Alpins. Had a fit earlier thinking they were on back to front, but I am pretty sure they are in fact correct. Grip is outstanding and I have never seen such dry lines behind a car on a wet road in the mirror.
