Hi everybody.....I hope someone can save me some money
I have a 99 Marea estate 2.0 20v
Everytime I use the front windsceen washer, it blows the 20a fuse knocking out all the wipers and washers. I've replaced the fuse and everything works fine as long as I dont activate the front washer, if I do it blows again.. I disconnected both the pumps at the tank but the same thing still happens.
There may be a link, but for some time I've had one of those really strange occurances. Occasionally when I put the lights on the windscreen wipers would start and the only way to stop them would be to run the washer.
I assume I had a short between 2 lives but it has been like that for 2 years and wasnt really a problem.
I know there is a sensor that diverts water to the headlight washers when the lights are on, maybe its something to do with that.
Please can anybody help..........
