***VOT*** Unloading picture from phone to PC...Rob!help plz..

I have loaded all the software but it still wont recongnise the phone? Whats happening?

Ok, first things first...

How are you connecting the phone to the PC ?

Did you have the phone plugged into the pc when you were installing?
If you are using USB then this can totally jibber the install (I have no idea why) so try to reinstall the software before connecting the phone, this should work.

(also if you use WinXP you will need to get service pack 1 or the usb port doesn't work correctly)

@Guy, what you said seems to be spot on...what is that service pack one you were talking about? I really need to upload this picture and print it off....

Could i send this picture to either of you, you open it up on your pc then E-Mail it to me and i can print it...it would help me loads as i have an art dead line in 2hours!!!!and i need to stick this picture in my sketch book!

If you are using Internet Explorer, open it, go to Tools menu and select Windows Update.
This will take you to the Microsoft update site. Click OK or Yes to allow them to install the updating software and once that is done it should point you in the right direction and tell you what needs updating. Bear in mind the SP can only be downloaded on it's own, not with all the other things you may need!

You should really do this every other week as they constantly bring out patches to stop script-kiddies pissing about with your pc...
