Technical Voltage showing 13V

Hi guys,

I was using my OBD tool and app on my phone and when I selected to view the voltage, it was showing me it was ~13.5V. Is this normal? I have looked around and people mention that 12V is the norm for battery voltage. When I turn on different electrical gizmos in the car, the voltage still hovers around mid 13V. Should I look into getting a new battery?

A charging generator creates about 14.7V

Ugh wish I could say I didn't have to worry My power steering is not working. Speedo is not showing me the speed. Gotta replace rear wheel hubs to ABS ones as I installed non ABS hubs and THEN... I will know whether all is good
