ha ha unknown! still sticking with vista, has been better to me than XP ever has been.... and dont say get a mac as that really isnt an option!

Jenks, wondered if you could take a butchers at this... the host file looks ok, however when the computer is doing "nothing" its got quite a bit of memory usage on her profile (enough to give stuttering when moving windows around the desktop)

but csrss.exe has to run as part of windows doesnt it?
yeah sorry i should elaborate more haha, it is often copied and used by virus's and nasty things
try scanning it with your anti virus also run a registry fixer ccleaner can do the job
it might not be it but its a common suspect and it does seem to be using a fair amount of memory
