It has been painted that's what I was doing on friday. Note the colour coded grille & battery cover.

Paint will just peel off that as it get's too hot though mate!

Radiators don't go above 60oc mate. Try these people I think they do engine lacquer kits, the paints are specially formulated to resist extreme temperatures. www.demon-tweeks.co.uk

Radiators don't go above 60oc mate.

Er, won't they go up to whatever your coolant goes up to? i.e. if your coolant goes up to 110 deg C (as it's pressurised), then your radiator will go up to 110 deg C.
